Lush greenery encloses the villa, and it has been built around a two-hundred-year-old water mill, helping the villa retain a touch of rustic charm! Built on a large area of land, the villa in its elevated position has stairs that lead you past the exterior and into the entrance. The lounge area, with its polished and glossy finish, speaks to the luxury found throughout the villa. Guests can relax on a long, plump sofa and watch the satellite LCD television or select a movie and play a DVD! Artsy and quality home decorations jazz the lounges neutral tone up, and an indoor dining table allows guest to dine in this lovely setting! The dining table separates the lounge from the kitchen in this open-plan room. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you whip the tastiest meals from the finest ingredients or simply make a coffee! Three bedrooms offer six guests’ cosy rooms to escape to! Floor-to-ceiling glass provides guests with serene views of the deep and bright greens of the grounds and beyond. The first of the bedrooms provides a double bed as does the master bedroom and the third bedroom houses two single beds. With enough bedding to accommodate an entire family, the bedrooms also have the bonus of air-conditioning and sumptuous en-suite bathrooms! Upstairs you will find more lounging areas and fabulous scenic views. The outdoor area of this villa is sublime. Hidden under the canopy of trees lies the private pool, so for relief from hot weather, this is the first place to get into! To one side, guests will find the alfresco dining area and an outdoor grill, the perfect combination! Around the pool, sun-loungers offer relaxation and unwinding, and an outdoor shower also sits here! You will be pleased to know that the region itself offers a bustling town and its coastal location in the south-west of the country offers beach and valley settings! The first place you will probably want to head up would be a beach and you’re in luck. The regions coastal location means you have a variety to choose from all offering different moods and settings for your selection. Long-standing fan favourite and arguably one of the finest beaches in the whole of the Eastern Mediterranean, Oludeniz Beach offers electric-blue seas and fine, powdery, sand on its shores! The beach is very popular as a result so you will be sure to find amenities such as food and drink which line the beaches’ promenade. Due to its length, you will be able to find a place to relax, that is away from more built-up parts of the beach to achieve a true beach escape. Other notable beaches around include Calis Beach, Patara Beach, Kaputas Beach and many, many more! No doubt you would have learned of Turkeys importance and influence over both Western and Eastern society so opportunities to explore archaeology and wonderfully preserved sites are offered in absurd amounts. Fethiye showcases tonnes of ruins from civilizations such as the Lycians and Greeks, the Romans and the Ottoman and Byzantine empires!
