Your incredible open plan living space is fantastically warm and bright, with patio doors leading off into the garden throughout the floor, flooding natural light across the sparkling white surfaces. The lounge comprises two large sofas in front of the satellite TV, with the modern dining area to seat 6 set alongside it. This seamlessly joins the living space to the fully-equipped kitchen, with a stylish monochrome design and everything you could wish for to rustle up a treat or two. Completing this floor is the guest WC, ideal for nipping in from the pool.
On the first floor, you will find all three enchanting bedrooms. The immense master bedroom has a large double bed, a stunning ensuite bathroom and a balcony where you can enjoy a little fresh air in the mornings. There is a second double bedroom and a twin room, which also enjoys a balcony, both with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. A stunning family bathroom with a bathtub completes this wonderful top floor.
All around the villa, there is an array of tropical foliage, lightening each space and creating a natural air around you. Your spacious garden features a stunning terrace that surrounds the vast pool, providing space for all kinds of activities and the ultimate relaxation in the sunshine! Loungers line the pool for all your sunbathing needs, while you can jump right into the refreshing depths of the pool to cool off if the heat gets a little much. There’s a barbecue to spice up meal times, and of course a gorgeous alfresco dining spot where you can enjoy it!

For a day out on the water, head to the enchanting Fig Tree Bay where you’ll find Protaras’ water sports hub. There are in fact endless incredible day trips to be enjoyed from the villa, like WaterWorld, a huge Greek-themed waterpark boasting ‘Apollo’s Plunge’, ‘Phaethon’s Flume’ and ‘The Fall of Icarus’ as well as food outlets and youngster-friendly rides. Then there’s the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, just an hour’s drive away, with sandstone Venetian walls surrounding the quaint old town, abounding with museums and churches and cafés and shops. Or you can take a boat trip through the protected nature park area of Cape Greco, great for snorkelling and scuba diving!
This property is also within a 45-minute drive of Larnaca International Airport, so getting in and settled into your home-from-home will be quick and easy!
