Villa Alessandra is an idyllic family villa, with a shared swimming pool and unforgettable ocean and mountain views. Situated in a private cul-de-sac with four other villas, in a quiet, elevated position yet only 800m from the sea, the location is hard to beat.
As you enter the villa there are bright, comfortable and modern furnishings throughout. The living/dining area benefits from large windows looking out over the terrace to the turquoise waters of the sea beyond. The kitchen is ready for use to cook up some summer meals to match the warm Spanish climate. On the first floor, there are two spacious double bedrooms and another further bedroom with a bunk bed to sleep two, with a family bathroom as well.
The outdoor space is tranquil and relaxing, with a well-maintained garden, there is a barbecue and terrace furniture perfect for al-fresco dining with the family, whilst unravelling in the marvellous, enviable view of the sea, forming a picture-perfect holiday. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the kaleidoscope of colours in the sky as the sun sets on the horizon maybe with an aperitif or two!
If you can resist the temptation to stay by the pool and villa all day, then there are plenty of opportunities for summer sports and activities around the local area. With a restaurant and bar only a short walking distance away, you can spend your time practising your Spanish and enjoying some Tapas and local wines. You can truly relax from the moment you walk in the front door of Villa Alessandra, it will be a holiday you won’t forget.    The villa is situated in a small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region. Only 24km north-east from Figueras, 65km north from Girona and 160km north-east from Barcelona. The resort has all the amenities you could need for you stay, with shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market which you can enjoy.
To make the most of the warm Spanish climate, you can take your pick of sandy, pebble and rocky beaches, with a bathing bay and sports harbour close by, perfect for water sports. There are opportunities for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, surfing, sailing and more, so there is truly something for everyone in this location.
