Casa Colorado boasts three beautiful bedrooms, sleeping six guests in supreme comfort. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends. The villa offers beautiful views towards the sensational Sea of Cortez. The villa is very welcoming, a delightful home away from home. It is impeccably maintained and very private. Throughout you will find lovely, warm coloured floor tiles, blending with comfortable, traditional furnishings. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space flows beautifully. The living area features brown and beige leather furnishings and an enormous smart television. The dining and kitchen side is quite traditional in styling and perfect in size for your group. Doors open to the outside upper terrace and beautiful, tropical planting.
The delightful master bedroom suite enjoys a king-size bed, doors to the swimming pool terrace, a glorious ocean view and a private en-suite shower room. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom and both offer queen beds. One has a lovely sea and marina view. The bedrooms are all very spacious and homely linens adorn the beds.
The terrace has recently been remodeled and boasts a wonderful plunge pool with a pool waterfall, a huge, raised, oversized Jacuzzi where you can all relax and enjoy the views with a glass of bubbly and several areas where you can relax with pre-dinner drinks or top up your tan. The terrace is surrounded with beautiful bougainvillea and lovely tropical greenery. There is shade when the sun gets too much!  A beautiful stairwell, draped in vibrant bougainvillea, leads to the upper terrace where you can dine alfresco using the new gas barbecue, play a game of cards or quietly enjoy your holiday read. You can easily head into the kitchen for supplies. It is very easy to relax at this villa before heading out to the excitement of Cabo San Lucas.
