Rental Description

Be swept away by the romance of it all with a stay at Villa Esma, a beautiful architect designed villa just made for two. This stunning two storey property hidden in the hills of Hisaronu, Turkey, has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and is ideal for an escape from it all honeymoon or an intimate couples’ getaway. Set in its own private mature gardens, the villa boasts two substantial swimming pools, one outdoors and one inside. Off road parking is available outside the villa, and complimentary air conditioning is included throughout. This luxury all white constructed property will simply take your breath away, and has been designed with meticulous attention to detail inside and out. The interiors are soothingly calming, fitted out with natural wood handcrafted furniture, decorated with a neutral crisp clean white and soft beige palette, and scattered with unusual and interesting artefacts and subdued lighting.
Enter the villa at ground floor level, where there is a light and airy open plan living space, with floor to ceiling glass windows that lead onto the pool terrace and garden. The seating area has a three seater comfortable beige sofa and highlight cushions, and a round wooden coffee table, facing a flat screen television. The adjacent fully equipped wood and white kitchen is super stylish, with an American style fridge freezer, a built in oven, a hob with extractor fan, a microwave and dishwasher, plus all the essentials you will need to cater for your holiday. There is a preparation island, with a breakfast bar attached, and two seriously funky white chairs in which to sit and enjoy dining indoors. Leading from the seating area is a curved wooden staircase, which will take you to the first floor where you will find the master bedroom. The bedroom is decorated in light beige wood and dressed in soft white linens, with a double bed, bedside tables, a fitted louvre doors wardrobe, and a rather impressive free-standing white oval bath, and floor to ceiling glass windows that give views over the grounds. The ensuite bathroom is elegantly fitted out with a separate glass fronted walk-in shower, two modern hand basins and a WC.
Access the charming gardens and pool terrace through the sliding floor to ceiling glass doors of the living space. The outdoor ladder entry swimming pool, which can be heated in the winter months, is a substantial seven metres by three and a half metres, perfect for a few lengths before breakfast. There are two wooden sunbeds with beige cushions, and a matching macrame parasol to keep you cool in the shade. A white domed pergola is home to a shaded ottoman seating area, ideal for taking a snooze or relaxing with this year’s best seller. A wooden table for two with matching chairs is just right for a romantic meal under the stars. The gardens are well tended with mature trees and shrubs, and lots of traditional Turkish pots and woven baskets are displayed throughout. When the weather gets cooler take the plunge in the very inviting covered indoor pool, measuring five metres by three metres, then simply lay back on the luxurious white curved sun loungers and let your worries float away.  Villa Esma is nestled in the mountains of the tourist town of Hisaronu, sixty five kilometres or an hour’s drive from Dalaman international airport, and is located betwixt and between the bustling town of Fethiye, and the tourist destination Olu Deniz, both just fifteen minutes away. Local shops and restaurants are just a three hundred metre walk away, for provisions and refreshment. Hisaronu is home to a host of supermarkets, cafes, bars, and restaurants and some super souvenir shops too. Take a short trip to the holiday hot spot of Oludeniz, where you will find one of the world’s best golden sandy beaches, the iconic and much photographed lagoon and spit, lively seashore restaurants and bars, and exclusive shops. From here you can hop aboard a water taxi to Butterfly Valley, or alternatively cross the sea to Gemile Island aka Aya Nikola, a natural protected area, that is now an open-air museum. For the thrill seekers, head up the hill and take the cable car to the top of Mount Babadag, at almost two thousand metres you can jump off and paraglide solo or in tandem and land on Oludeniz beach. For shopping and the city Fethiye is your go-to destination. Fethiye is a harbour town with yachts moored the length of the coastline, home to an ancient amphitheatre, historical museum and rock tombs, and an embarkation point for the obligatory Twelve Island boat trip. A walk around the newly paved panoramic coastline will take you to the town and beach of Calis, home to more restaurants and bars, and a local market.
