Villa Pita is a stunning contemporary three storey home located in the North of the island. The home provides a luxurious retreat in the desirable area of Na Xamena.
The scenery comprises of lush greenery and the endless vivid blue horizon. These glorious vistas can be admired from the garden’s two uncovered terraces. The first is on the ground floor and contains a large l-shaped sofa with exotic plants and flowers at either side.
This is a unique exterior relaxing area where you can quietly rest after long days out exploring the island. The other uncovered terrace boasts a casual seating area with a wooden table and benches. Laidback al fresco meals will be lovely here.    Guests will find plenty of other outdoor areas to lounge in. From the sizeable sheltered terrace equipped with a barbeque and dining for ten people to the row of sun loungers and hammock placed poolside.
An exterior staircase leads up to an additional terrace on the first floor where you can admire the glorious sea views.
The home’s interior possesses chic and laidback décor in a calming neutral colour palette. Natural light beautifully fills up the home, from the bright dining room with seating for eight to the minimalist bedrooms.
Villa Pita enjoys a wonderfully private location but isn’t too far away from the rest of the island’s offerings. The village of Santa Gertrudis is just twenty 20 minutes away and Ibiza Town is only thirty minutes away. You will also be nearby some of the island’s most dazzling beaches, amongst them are San Miguel, Benirras beach and Cala Xarraca.Villa Pita is just a short ten-minute drive to the attractive beach of San Miguel. The beach benefits from picturesque scenery due to being surrounded by lush pine trees and dramatic cliffs. A number of private homes can also be spotted in the distance.
Aside from simply admiring the pretty landscape, San Miguel provides some exciting watersports to keep you entertained including water-skiing, riding a pedalo and windsurfing.
The beach also possesses a diving school where everyone from pros to beginners can discover how to reach the dazzling sea depths. If you prefer to keep your feet firmly on the ground, try a spot of beach volleyball.
Families can enjoy full days out at San Miguel as the beach is also home to a great selection of restaurants. Port Balansat is one of those, which is famed for serving irresistibly fresh seafood as well as classic Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.
The famous underground caves, also known as Can Marca are close to the beach and are a must-see while staying in Ibiza. The ancient caves were once used by smugglers to store contraband. Today, the enchanting dark caves make for a truly mesmerising experience and an intriguing step back in time. Depending on the lighting, you can still see the marks that were used as guides.
The village of San Miguel is only a 15-minute drive away and is most known for its beautiful whitewashed church.
