Overlooking the long, idyllic stretches of Ibiza’s south coast and yet just a 10-minute drive from city attractions, Villa Pan y Azucar provides luxurious relaxation after spending a day or night enjoying the vibrant local area.
Set over three floors and with air conditioning throughout, the villa offers spacious and comfortable accommodation in every room. Entrance to the main level is via a stunning courtyard with Koi pond. The stylish living room is a sociable space for everyone to sink back into the incredibly comfortable sofas and unwind. Watch films on the flat screen television or take in amazing scenery through the large windows as you listen to music on the top-of-the-range audio system. There’s also access to the main terrace with its outdoor living room, large swimming pool with uninterrupted views, relaxation areas and covered dining space with a barbecue and table that seats up to 14 people. The high-end kitchen has everything you need, including multiple cooking options and an American-style fridge freezer. Also on this floor is a master bedroom suite that features a generous walk-in closet and a private bathroom with peaceful views of the outside space.
Access to the upper level is via an external staircase. Four well-equipped and individually themed bedrooms enjoy the use of two terraces with panoramic views. The Chinese Room, Pink Room, Black Room and White Room all have a double bed and ensuite facilities, with the White Room also featuring a walk-in closet. Each room is furnished to a high specification and offers a range of amenities, such as flat screen televisions and DVD players.
Another external staircase takes you to the lower level and a separate apartment. This independent space features a living room, kitchenette, and a double bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. It also enjoys its own terrace with chill out bed and access to the extensive lawned gardens and its charming relaxation spots.Villa Pan y Azucar is positioned within a 15-minute drive of Cala Jondal and many other beautiful beaches that sit along Ibiza’s picturesque south coast. For those quick food shops or coffee runs, there’s a supermarket and cafe just a few minutes away by car.
Cala Jondal is a popular beach with a lively atmosphere and set against a wild backdrop of pine forests and dramatic cliffs. It’s the place to go for rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous, and with a wealth of fantastic restaurants and bars, you’ll feel as if you’re living the high life too. The beach is mostly pebbled but has areas of fine sand for relaxing towards the southern end, and the clear, blue waters are perfect for swimming. Enjoy a seafood dinner in one of the family-friendly restaurants as the sun sets and watch boats coming and going from the shore.
Away from the coast and back into the hills is the pretty village of San José, which is approximately 7 km away from the villa. Here you’ll get a real taste of a traditional Ibizan village with its slow pace of life and friendly locals. The main road is lined with a varied choice of restaurants and bars that serve delicious food and drinks and regularly have live music in the evenings. Also along this road is San José’s whitewashed church that draws many visitors with its impressive architecture and ornate interior.
