As you enter Villa Lopes, you’ll find a charming living area with beautiful rustic finishes, such as an open-hearth fireplace, high-beamed ceiling and traditional wooden furniture.  This delightful space leads out onto the alluring sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool, just waiting to be indulged in. Also on this level, you’ll discover a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and two of the three attractive double bedrooms.
On the lower level, you’ll be spoiled with yet another living space, with open plan kitchen and dining area, and similarly, charming rustic design features with access to yet another sun terrace.  The last of the double bedrooms are also located on this level, which benefits from a lovely en-suite bathroom. The outside space here at Villa Lopes doesn’t just boast a refreshing outdoor pool with views out onto the surrounding vegetation, but also offers a fantastic shaded seating area immediately adjoining the property, a huge BBQ with beautiful tiled seating, and a separate dining area on which to enjoy secluded al fresco dining long into the balmy Mediterranean evenings.
Situated 110km south east of Valencia and 70km northeast from Alicante, the attractive medieval town of Benissa nestles between the Sea and the mountains, on 4km of beautiful coastline.  One of the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca, it’s heritage along with its collection of rocky coves, cliff tops, sandy beaches and tiny bays make this an attractive destination for those looking for relaxation, tradition and a variety of outdoor activities. With vineyards, mountains and palm trees serving as a backdrop to this charming little town, its lovely 17th and 18th century architecture will lure you in to its medieval centre. With narrow streets, ironwork balconies, churches and historic buildings you’ll love whiling away afternoons ambling round the town, enjoying the local cuisine, its weekly market, quant bars and cafes that dot this charming area. Of its 4 kilometres of beautiful coastline, the Cala de la Fustera is the easiest beach to visit due to its accessibility by car, and large car park. The small beach is sandwiched between cliffs, along which are two great coastal walking paths. Other pretty beaches can be found at the nearby towns of Moraira and Calpe. The crystal clear waters make this area perfect for water sports such as scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing and kayaking. There are also many stunning hiking trails along the coast or up into the mountains where you’ll discover some spectacular views.  The town of Bèrnia is particularly worth a visit.  And for keen golfers there’s also a fantastic golf course only 9km from the town.At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
